A class action in Los Angeles Superior Court accuses Tommy Hilfiger Retail of Labor Code violations.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Tower Mart and Tower Energy Group, in Sacramento Superior Court; Bank of the West, in Ventura County Court, Calif.; Abbott Laboratories, in Boulder County Court, Colo.; Amtec and Comcast, in Baltimore Federal Court; Bally Bannon Inc., in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; St. John Health, in Macomb County Court, Mich.; Brown Bottling Group, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court; Basit Enterprises, in Houston Federal Court; Industrial Tractor Co., in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court; and WJM Management, in Pensacola Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
