Officer Rene Wolf claims the Los Angeles County Office of Public Safety retaliated against him, effectively ending his career, for his truthful reports of LA County employees' "felonious conduct against a patient at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center," in L.A. Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Bargain Rent-A-Car, Adidas Promotional Retail Operations, and Activision Blizzard and Blizzard Entertainment and Activision Entertainment Holdings, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Thelen LLP, in Oakland, Calif., Federal Court; McGuyer Homebuilders, in Houston Federal Court; Wicked Fashions dba Southpole, in Newark Federal Court; Deli on Rye, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Denton Stoneworks, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; Berends Trading Co., in Fort Wayne, Ind., Federal Court; Correctional Medical Care, in Syracuse, N.Y., Federal Court; and the City of Tonawanda, in Buffalo Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
