Qualcomm stiffs workers for overtime, a class action claims in San Diego Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Steve Madden Retail, Peninsula Beverly Hills Hotel Management, and Harbert Entertainment Group and Royal Elk Inc. and Ojai Hotel, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Lawrence Livermore National Security, for a mass layoff of older workers, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Bank of America, in Orlando Federal Court; Ainsworth Trucking, for an English-only policy, in Corpus Christi Federal Court; Allied Central Ambulette, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Bob Gosman Co., in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; JR Contracting and Environmental Consulting and First Sealord Surety and American Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Co., in Newark Federal Court; Portside Cleaning, in Galveston Federal Court; Founders Equity and Phoenix Consulting and Colibri Group, for a mass layoff, in Providence, R.I., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
