A class action claims Select Truckers sought, and U.S. Investigations Services provided, reports to prospective employers that included arrests that did not result in convictions, and used them in violation of California law, in Santa Barbara Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Hertz Local Edition, and Southern California Food Services, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Best Overnite Express, in Sacramento Superior Court; Collabrus and M Squared Consulting and Consultant Billing Inc., in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; Pizza Hut, in Minneapolis Federal Court; Avis Budget Group, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court; Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln Mercury, for sexual harassment, in Chicago Federal Court; Flood Brothers, in Atlanta Federal Court; A. Austin Enterprises, and Inglese Worldwide Corp., in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
