A woman claims that "on occasions too numerous to list," her boss at Fidelity Diamond Corp., Thomas Colacino, used crack cocaine in her presence at work, asked her to do it, told her to order him a prostitute, asked her to prostitute herself, and otherwise sexually harassed her, in Bergen County Court, N.J.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Friendly Franchisees Corp., Flight Centre USA, Ceva Logistics/EGL Eagle Global Logistics, and CPS Security, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Amgen, in an ERISA claim in Los Angeles Federal Court; Knockout Lookouts, in San Francisco Federal Court; Neff Rental, and Avis Budget Group/Delta Drivers Service, in Orlando Federal Court; Seppi's Restaurant, in Manhattan Federal Court; Bogart's on Park, in White Plains, N.Y., Federal Court; Vision Pro Communications/Cablevision Systems Corp., and American Modification Agency/Amerimod, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; Logik Precision, in Houston Federal Court; and Command Alkon, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
