A woman claims the University of Phoenix let its senior enrollment manager Andy Dominguez repeatedly thrust his hands up her skirt and inside her bra, and sexually harass other employees with similar obnoxious acts, in Phoenix Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Time Warner, in San Diego Federal Court; Travelcenters of America, in San Bernardino County Court, Rancho Cucamonga; Academy Limousine Service, and Reyes Holdings/Harbor Distributing, in Los Angeles Superior Court; CSA/Credit Solutions of America, in Dallas Federal Court; SunTrust Banks, in an ERISA complaint in Atlanta Federal Court; KRA Corp., in Philadelphia Federal Court; Service Alliance, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; Creative Interiors, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court; Klumb Lumber Co., in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court; and the City of Freeport, Texas, on behalf of police officers, in Galveston Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
