A worker claims her boss at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Robert N. Brogden Jr., repeatedly exposed himself to her at work and "rubbed his genitals on (her) neck," in Wake County Court, N.C.

State Street Bank and Trust failed to divest General Motors employees' retirement plans of GM stock before it became worthless, according to an ERISA class action in Detroit Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Matchmaster Dyeing & Finishing, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Cost Plus, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Illinois Bell Telephone, in Cook County Court; Panther Branch Coal Co. dba Long Branch Energy, for a mass layoff, in Charleston, W.Va., Federal Court; Astir Construction and Strategic Construction, in Kings County Court, Brooklyn; Pinnacle Neiss, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Florida Mall Hotel & Convention Center, Mayor's Jewelers, Sunbelt Painting, and Johnny Rockets, in Orlando Federal Court; Physician Sales & Service, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court; and Mercedes Benz US International, in Tuscaloosa Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
