Four maintenance workers sued the Montclair School District and their supervisor, Benny Maffucci, saying Maffucci abused them as “f—ing Hispanics,” and had a “No Spanish” policy, because “this is America,” in Essex County Court, Newark.

     Robert Nelson claims Jugs Sports cut him off after paying him royalties for 20 years for his marketing ideas, including coming up with “Big League Chew,” in a $525,000 demand in Multnomah County Court, Portland, Ore.
