Two Wells Fargo Bank tellers say their boss harassed them, fired one and constructively fired the other for speaking Spanish to customers - even customers who didn't speak English, in Maricopa County Court, Phoenix.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Fluor Daniel, TRS Staffing Solutions, and Perkins & Maries Callender's, in Orange County Court, Calif.; 20/20 Powervision, in Riverside County Court, Calif.; Nissho of California, in San Diego Superior Court; Franklin First Financial, and Maxim Group, in Manhattan Federal Court; Remanufactured Office Systems, in Jackson County Court, Mo.; Almega Cable, in Fort Worth Federal Court; Bessolo Design Group, in Tampa Federal Court; and Alloy Polymers, in Beaumont, Texas, Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
