Nielsen Media Research stiffed its customer reps for overtime, some of whom worked 50 to 60 hours a week, even after admitting it was doing this, according to a class action in Pittsburgh Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Jamba Juice, and Diligent Delivery Systems, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Genentech, in San Mateo County Court, Calif.; K2 International Corp., Lift Pro, and Petaluma Restaurant, in Manhattan Federal Court; Odyssey Investment Partners, and TMS Retail, in Chicago Federal Court; and Presidential Limousine, in Las Vegas Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
