A woman claims her boss at San-Mar Laboratories harassed her by saying, among other things, "If you want more money, show more cleavage," in White Plains, N.Y., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Aramark SM Management Services, and First American Title and United General Title Insurance, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Jiffy Lube, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; King Fisher Marine Service, in Houston Federal Court; ReliaStar Life Insurance Co., and ING America Equities and affiliates, in a racial discrimination claim in Minneapolis Federal Court; and Heartland Express, in Duval County Court, Fla.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
