Six workers, two of them engineers, claim MySpace cheated them of wages and stiffed them for overtime, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Chevron Stations refused to reimburse managers and assistant managers for expenses, a class action claims in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Burlesque Gentleman's Club, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Mountain Meadow Mushroom Farms, in San Diego Superior Court; and Wildflower Bread Co., in Phoenix Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
