Merrill Lynch and Bank of America discriminate against female financial advisers nationwide, a class action claims in Manhattan Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Marriott Renaissance-Agoura, Treasure Entertainment, and CRST Van Expedited; in Los Angeles Superior Court; the City of Anaheim, for gender and sexual orientation discrimination, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Regis Corp., The Flamingo Theatre, and California Closet Co. of Orange County, in Orange County Court; Victoria's Secret, Bergen Discount Plus, L.T. Square Corp., Ben Benson's Steak House, Ocha Inc., and Home on 8th Corp., in Manhattan Federal Court; Symmetrex, in Orlando Federal Court; and Hewitt Associates, in Orange County Court, Orlando.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
