Central Modular Systems fired a woman for truthfully reporting that her boss forced her to give him oral sex, to masturbate him, and sexually molested her in other ways on pain of losing her job, a woman claims in Volusia County Court, Fla.

Fifty named plaintiffs accuse Kimberly-Clark Corp. of age discrimination, in a class action in Green Bay Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: DirecTV, and Southern California Edison, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Rideout Memorial Hospital, in Sacramento Federal Court; Ruth's Christ Steak House, in Boston Federal Court; Twin Garden Farms, on behalf of farmworkers, in Milwaukee Federal Court; American Cable & Telephone, in Orlando Federal Court; M&D Demolition and Excavating, in Chicago Federal Court; and the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, in King County Court, Seattle.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
