Stiefel Laboratories bought back shares from terminated employees at less than fair value, according to an ERISA class action in Miami Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: The Wellpoint Companies, Pinkerton Government Services, and Dar-Sav, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Terminix International, and Charming Shoppes, in Norfolk, Va., Federal Court; US Bank, in Portland, Ore., Federal Court; Sepracor, in Phoenix Federal Court; and Best Loading Service, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
