A man claims his boss at the University of Connecticut forced him to submit to homosexual sex for 2½ years, in Hartford Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Coldwell Banker Realtors, Mimeo.com, and OTX Acquisition Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Wells Fargo Bank, in San Francisco Federal Court; Victoria's Secret Stores, and Dave Meyer Contracting Co., in Atlanta Federal Court; America's Collectibles Network dba Jewelry Television, in Knoxville Federal Court; American Merchandising Specialists, in Pittsburgh Federal Court; Pet Land, in Macon, Ga., Federal Court; Bulldog Supply, in Newnan, Ga., Federal Court; Bresnan Communications, in Denver Federal Court; Golden Field Services, in Helena, Ark., Federal Court; Grime Stoppers Cleaning Service, in Orlando Federal Court; Imagine Schools Non-Profit, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court; All Plastics Recycling, and Feedingbowl Trading LC dba Coconut Grove, in Tampa Federal Court; Tier Electric, Personnel Services of Fort Myers, and Tate Haulers of Southwest Florida, in Fort Myers Federal Court; and Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, in Fresno Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
