Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Alcoa Fastening Systems, and Bobby D's Restaurant, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Washington Inventory Service dba Wis International, in San Diego Superior Court; Cox Transportation Services, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court; T-Mobile USA, in Brooklyn Federal Court; and Velocity Express, in Allegheny County Court, Pittsburgh.
(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
