A man claims Commonhealth LLC fired him after a senior vice president told him, "Just bringing up discrimination is grounds for dismissal," in a retaliation and discrimination claim in Morris County Court, N.J.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Bose Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Citigroup Global Markets aka Salomon Smith Barney, and Polo Ralph Lauren, in Manhattan Federal Court; Wireless Advisors, in Suffolk County Court, Boston; and Harbor Freight Tools USA, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
