A class action in Albuquerque Federal Court claims the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Interior Secretary Ken Salazar forced Navajo educators to transfer far away or retire but retained non-Navajos.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Farmers Insurance Group, in King County Court, Seattle; Family Dollar Stores of Florida, in Orange County Court, Orlando; University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, in Allegheny County Court; Farmers Insurance Exchange, Patio One Furniture, and Editions Design Collection, in Houston Federal Court; Ever Vigilant Security, and JTB Computer Solutions, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
