Three people say Merrill Lynch discriminates against Hispanic workers; one says she was told "your color is a problem," in separate complaints in Middlesex County Court, N.J.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: El Super/Gigante USA, CFHS Holdings, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Healthcare Services Group, and Riddle's Towing and Recovery, in Norfolk, Va., Federal Court; Muhlenberg Community Housing Development Fund and Lutheran Social Services of Metropolitan New York, in Manhattan Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
