Georgia Department of Agriculture police Lt. John Landers forced her to have sex with him in a parking lot while he was on duty, and when she complained, the state fired her and retained him, an inspector claims in Atlanta Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Sutter Health, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Mancha Development Co., and Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, in Los Angeles Superior Court; The Travelers Cos., in Newark Federal Court; Tesco Corp., in Houston Federal Court; Church's Chicken, in Laredo Federal Court; Fox Restaurant Venture (Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches chain), in Raleigh, N.C., Federal Court; UPMC Health System, in Pittsburgh Federal Court; Superior Cleaning, and Allied Crawford (Lakeland), in Tampa Federal Court; and LLB Timber Co., in Opelika, Ala., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
