Hewlett-Packard cheated employees of commissions and bonuses by failing to properly record their sales, a class action claims in San Francisco Federal Court.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: The Johnny Rockets Group, Aurora Behavioral Health Care, Community Chevrolet Co., and Rainbow Apparel Distribution Center Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Coventry Health Care, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Aramark, and United Dominion Realty Trust, in Orange County Court, Calif; Metropolitan Cable Communications/Time Warner Cable, in Manhattan Federal Court; The Department of Energy and Southwestern Power Administration, for discriminating against women, in Tulsa Federal Court; SunTrust Bank, and Fulton County, in Atlanta Federal Court; and The Stucco Company of Idaho, in Tampa, Fla., Federal Court.
(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
