Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: AT&T Mobility and Cingular Wireless Employee Services, Antimite Termite and Pest Control, and Starving Students, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Holy Redeemer Health System, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Tate Haulers of Southwest Florida, and Kent Security Services and Kent of Naples, in Fort Myers Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
