Hollywood Video stiffs managers and shift leaders for overtime and won't let them take breaks, a class action claims in Orange County Court, Calif.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Diva Limousine, and Arrow Disposal Services, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Lynch Ambulance Service, Credit One Corp., and Huntington Moose LP, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Niagara Bottling, in San Bernardino County Court, Cucamonga; Crestwood Behavioral Health and American River Behavioral Health Center, in Sacramento Superior Court; NCR Corp., in Tampa Federal Court; Ocean State Jobbers, in Hartford Federal Court; Bank of America, and 1st Choice Wrecker Service and Texas Towing and Recovery in Houston Federal Court; K.C. Spotting, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court; and Plantation Patterns, for a mass layoff, in Montgomery, Ala., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
