Oklahoma Employees Credit Union fired a black worker after she complained that a co-worker hung a noose at work, she claims in Oklahoma City Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Wachovia Securities and Wells Fargo Advisors, The Gap, and BJ's Restaurant, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Citigroup Global Markets, in Sacramento Superior Court; Allstate Merchant Service, in Manhattan Federal Court; J.M. Haley Corp., and WBB Construction, in Brooklyn Federal Court; and The Colonial Bancgroup, in an ERISA complaint in Montgomery, Ala., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
