Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Matrix Service Co., in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Passages and Grasshopper House, in Los Angeles Superior Court; California Logistics and Diligent Delivery Systems and North County BMW, in San Diego Superior Court, Vista; Rite-Aid, and Shoe Mania, in Manhattan Federal Court; Kohler Co., in Milwaukee Federal Court; TGI Friday's, Nestle Waters North America, Cellular Wholesale Services, Park Plaza Restaurant, and J.B. Custom Masonry & Concrete, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Textron, in an ERISA complaint in Providence, R.I., Federal Court; Apple, and Landscape Dimensions, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and Sleep County USA, in Seattle Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
