Sonic Drive-In manager Timothy Billings installed a hidden camera in the women's restroom, where his employees changed clothes, and harassed them with "unwanted touching," four women claim in Oklahoma County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Harbor Distributing Co., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Aramark Sports, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Seacor Marine, in Ventura County Court, Calif.; Balance Staffing, in Orlando Federal Court; the Nassau County Police Department, for age discrimination, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; Faylow Corp./Crispo, in Manhattan Federal Court; IT Authorities, in Tampa Federal Court; Leon Medical Centers, in Miami Federal Court; and Ameriprise Financial Services fka American Express Financial Advisors, for racial discrimination, in Minneapolis Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
