A surgical assistant sued The Monroe Clinic for sexual harassment in Madison, Wisc., Federal Court. She claims a surgeon danced around an operating room with his pants around his ankles, and suggested that the movie "Scent of a Woman" was sponsored by Starkist Tuna.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: LAAC Boy Scouts of America, and AAA Gas, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Genasci Dairy, in Fresno Federal Court; Boston Regional Medical Center, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, in Middlesex County Court, Woburn, Mass.; Charter One bank, and Corporate Bank Transit of Kentucky, in Chicago Federal Court; UTI Worldwide, in E. St. Louis Federal Court; Statue Cruises, in Hudson County Court, N.J.; Caritas Christi, in Suffolk County Court, Boston; Kingswere (sic) Furniture, and the DeKalb County Board of Education, in Atlanta Federal Court; and Prestige Delivery Systems, in Allegheny County Court, Pittsburgh.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
