An Ultimate Drilling Co. supervisor repeatedly threatened a black employee with comments about killing "n---ers," claiming to be a member of the KKK, and when the worker complained to the boss's boss, he was fired, he claims in Muskogee, Okla., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, in San Diego Federal Court; Wells Fargo & Co. and Wachovia Corp., for discriminating against women, in DC Federal Court; Pizza Hut of America, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; Alabas Corp., in West Palm Beach Federal Court; Brown Bottling Group, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court; and Papermoon-Stuart and Imaginary Images, in a racial discrimination case brought by the EEOC in Fort Pierce, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
