A woman claims her boss at Summer Song, Albert Rodriguez, forced her to give him oral sex, and the company fired her when she finally refused, in Tulsa County Court.

Ocean Beach Club dba Gold Key Resorts wrongfully fired a woman for complaining that her boss slapped her bottom, she claims in Norfolk, Va., Federal Court. The bosses allegedly called it a "victory slap" after a "tough sale;" she calls it sexual harassment.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Lockheed Martin, and Regis Corp., in San Diego Federal Court; El Pollo Loco, and 24 Hour Fitness USA, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Domino's Pizza, in Nashville Federal Court; Sears Holdings Corp. dba KMart, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Fast Payday Loans, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
