Four teachers say the county, state and nation Education Associations unconstitutionally make them join a teachers union to work, in a class action in Louisville Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, in Orange County Court, Calf.; Avalon Transportation & Livery Services, in San Diego Superior Court; Best Roofing of New Jersey, in Manhattan Federal Court; Gabelli Truck Sales, and Gaseteria Oil Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Court; United States Pipe and Foundry Co., in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court; Prestige Security & Accessories, Amtex, Horizon Products International, A Navas Party Production, and Mele Group, in Miami Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
