Sea World San Diego faces a class-action overtime complaint in San Diego Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Sally Beauty Holdings, in Los Angeles Superior Court; TCI Transportation Services, in Stanislaus County Court, Calif.; Sleep County USA, in Portland, Ore., Federal Court; Kaplan Higher Education Corp., in Cook County Court; Sales Edge, in Detroit Federal Court; Jenny Gourmet Corp. and Nicky's Gourmet Corp., and Holiday Image, in Manhattan Federal Court; Class 3 Solutions, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; Southern Fire Protection of Orlando, in Orlando Federal Court; Petro Services and First Coast Energy, and Cummings Leasing, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and GEICO General Insurance Co., in Tampa Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
