Arizona Logistics dba DSI Arizona discriminated against five women, and fired two of them, for complaining that DSI's general manager sexually harassed and assaulted them, "including rape," the EEOC claims. It seeks punitive damages in Phoenix Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: The University of Phoenix, and Certified Impound Services, in Tampa Federal Court; Victoria Consulting & Development, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Vacation Promotions, and Project Management Group of the Gulf Coast, in Pasco County Court, Fla.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
