United Electrical Sales fired a woman for complaining of a worker who videotaped her from under her desk and sexually harassed her with vile suggestions, and it promoted the harasser, the woman claims in Orange County Court, Fla.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Sunglass Hut Trading LLC, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Wireless Innovations Network Group, and RFG Oil, in Los Angeles Superior Court; AmeriGroup, in Brooklyn Federal Court; and Stanley Smith Drywall, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
