Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Understanding Principles for Better Living Church, Bay Alarm Co., Trans California, Asket Wallcovering, and KNJ Restaurants, in Los Angeles Superior Court; CVS Caremark, in an overtime complaint for assistant managers, in Brooklyn Federal Court; RCN Telecom Services of Illinois, and TransMarket Group, in Chicago Federal Court; DirectSat USA, in Madison, Wisc., Federal Court; Flexicom, in Cincinnati Federal Court; and USA Broadband Wireless, in Miami Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
