Humana has discriminated against black managers and professional staff since 2000, a class action claims in Louisville Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Frito-Lay, Sur La Table, Rescue Rooter, and Legacy Partners Residential, in Los Angeles Superior Court; KLA-Tencor Corp., in Alameda County Court, Oakland; JPI Development Group, in Riverside County Court, Calif.; the YMCA, for racial discrimination, and Barrington Pools, in Chicago Federal Court; Perseus Capital Management, in Manhattan Federal Court; Custom Food Group, in Dallas Federal Court; Image Rent A Car, in Orlando Federal Court; Bella Oasis Hotel & Spa, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; Biotechnology Medical Waste Transfers, All Fire Services, Grampa's Real Estate, and Esprit, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Sari Express Forwarders, Safety Park Service Corp., and Countyline Auto Center, in Miami Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
