Samaritan Behavioral Health fired a forensic therapist for truthfully reporting a Montgomery County Jail supervisor's sexual relationship with an inmate, the therapist claims in Montgomery County Court, Dayton, Ohio.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Hollywood Entertainment Corp. dba Game Crazy, in San Diego Federal Court; BP West Cost Products, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Friendly Franchise Corp., and Golfsmith USA, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Superior Building Services, and Shoppers World Jamaica, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Murphy Oil USA, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; Larsen's Auto, in Tampa Federal Court; Kia Autosport of Pensacola, in Tallahassee Federal Court; Republic Services of Florida, Commercial High-Rise Services, European R&C Automotive, Outrageous Productions, Painting Concepts, and Veolia ES Solid Waste Southeast, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; E.G. Braswell Construction, in Key West Federal Court; and Service America Enterprises, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
