Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Dunbar Armored Inc., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Rudder Capital Corp., in Minneapolis Federal Court; Southwaste (sic) Employment, in Austin Federal Court; FAMSA, in Houston Federal Court; United Fire Protection, in Tampa Federal Court; Royal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Corp., and Kendall Open MRI, in Miami Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
