A woman claims Women Against Abuse fired her to retaliate for her truthful complaints about a male boss who harassed her by pawing her, seeking sexual relations and asking her to "participate in a sexual threesome," in an ironic complaint in Philadelphia Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Apple, and Autozone, in Sonoma County Court, Calif.; Parasoft Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; Factor 5 and Whiteharvest and Bluharvest, in Marin County Court, Calif.; Marie Callender's Pie Shops, in Ventura County Court, Calif.; Allstate Yellow Cab, in Phoenix Federal Court; Vin Lux Fine Wine Transport, and Young's Market Co., in Los Angeles Superior Court; AK Steel Corp. fka Armco, in Cincinnati Federal Court; Sanofi-Aventis, in Trenton, N.J., Federal Court; The Container Store, in Camden, N.J., Federal Court; John Herron Construction Co., in Jackson, Tenn., Federal Court; Alternative Entertainment, and Wright Vending and Distributing, in Madison, Wisc., Federal Court; North Star Cable Construction, in Cook County Court; Coastal Building Maintenance, and Philippe Money, in Miami Federal Court; and Breatheasy Heating & Air Conditioning, in Tampa Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
