Bank of America "routinely and illegally deletes overtime" from timesheets of its call-center employees, a class action claims in Wichita Federal Court.

Waste Management of faces federal class action overtime complaints in Dayton, Ohio Federal Court; Seattle Federal Court; Orlando Federal Court; and Phoenix Federal Court; and similar federal class actions in 11 other states.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: International Rectifier Corp., and Pro-Tex Security Service, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Premiere Loan Services, and Hollywood Entertain/Game Crazy, in San Diego Federal Court; University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, in Pittsburgh Federal Court; Advanta Corp., in an ERISA complaint in Philadelphia Federal Court; Hooters of East Meadows, Fresh Meadows and Islandia, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; J.I.S.T. Food Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Remy International, in an ERISA complaint in Cookeville, Tenn., Federal Court; Intech Printing and Direct Mail, Perfect Finish Cleaners, and Sunset Club Properties, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and the Trenton, N.J., Police Department, in Trenton Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
