Price Rite fired three women for complaining of the "disgusting" behavior of their manager, David Potter, who would "display himself ... grabbing his penis," complain "that his wife did not sexually satisfy him," and subject them to other offensive behavior, the women say in Hartford Federal Court.

Waste Management faces federal class action overtime complaints in Brooklyn, Denver, Orlando, Atlanta, and Erie, Pa., bringing to 20 the number of states in which the garbage giant has been sued on similar charges in the past two weeks.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Securitech Security Services, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Robert Half International, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; American Fidelity Assurance Co., in Fresno Superior Court; SKB Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; CVS Caremark, in Providence, R.I., Federal Court; Vision Financial Corp., in Manhattan Federal Court; and Superior Industries International, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
