Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Durham School Services, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Driessen Aircraft Interior Systems, in Orange County Court, Calif.; The Cheesecake Factory, in Chicago Federal Court; Lenscrafters, in Cook County Court; Delaware North Cos., in Suffolk County Court, Boston; and Steel Toe Inc., in Brooklyn Federal Court.
(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
