Broadband Wireless Corp., in Miami Federal Court; Holiday Delta Inc., in Wilmington, N.C., Federal Court; KFC, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court; Bel-Mac Roofing, in Pensacola, Fla., Federal Court; and Pope & Talbot, in Vancouver, B.C., Supreme Court, Canada.
