The NAACP claims The Philadelphia Fire Fighters Union Local No. 22, International Association of Firefighters subjects black firefighters to racial abuse, as indicated by the name of the co-defendant, the Concerned American Fire Fighters Association, Philadelphia Chapter of the Caucasian American Fire Fighters Association, in a class action in Philadelphia Federal Court.

Bank Clothiers, for racial discrimination, in San Francisco Federal Court; Taco Bell, in Stanislaus County Court, Calif.; Paradigm Packaging West, in San Bernardino County Court, Rancho Cucamonga; Rescare California dba RCCA Services, in Contra Costa County Court; Creative Design Interiors, in Sacramento Superior Court; Affiliated Computer Services, in Eugene, Ore., Federal Court; Textron, in an ERISA complaint in Providence, R.I., Federal Court; U.S.A. Broadband Wireless Corp., in Miami Federal Court; Holiday Delta Inc., in Wilmington, N.C., Federal Court; KFC, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court; Bel-Mac Roofing, in Pensacola, Fla., Federal Court; and Pope & Talbot, in Vancouver, B.C., Supreme Court, Canada.
