Bloomberg LP is accused of age discrimination in a class-action demand for $1 billion in Manhattan Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: United Parcel Service, in San Bernardino County Court, Victorville; Little Darlings of Las Vegas, in Clark County Court, Nev.; Chicago Import, in Chicago Federal Court; Century Aluminum, in an ERISA complaint in Columbus, Ohio, Federal Court; Marine Transport Logistic and World Express and Connection, in Newark Federal Court; GC Services, in Huntington, W.Va., Federal Court; Fresenius Medical Care Rx, in DC Federal Court; Mastec, in Miami-Dade County Court; and Sierra Contractors, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
