A woman claims her boss, UBS Financial Services area Vice President James DeGoler, asked if she gives "blow jobs," complained about his "tiny dick," and sexually harassed her in other ways, in Jackson County Court, Kansas City, Mo.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: RBC Dain Rauscher, in Sacramento Superior Court; The TJX Companies, and William Moses Co., in Manhattan Federal Court; and YRC Worldwide, in an ERISA complaint in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court.
(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
