Concepts of New York, in Brooklyn Federal Court; New Vision Telecommunications, in Nashville Federal Court; Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Temple University Health System, and Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Chicago Lake Shore Medical Association, in Chicago Federal Court; and Capitol Granite and Marble, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
