After a federal air marshal gave truthful testimony that supported another air marshal's EEO complaint, the Department of Homeland Security had him and his wife followed and fabricated complaints against him to justify putting him on leave indefinitely without pay, he claims in Covington, Ky., Federal Court.

Michael Nichols, boss of Nichols Manufacturing, trapped a woman in his office and physically forced her to give him a hand job, she claims in Lake County Court, Ohio.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Subway, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Time Warner Cable, in Columbus, Ohio, Federal Court; Kryger Glass Co., in Kansas City, Mo., Federal Court; Rolling Oaks Personal Care-West, in San Angelo, Texas, Federal Court; Salsa Fresh Produce, in Opelika, Ala., Federal Court; Beltone Hearing Centers of Florida, in Ocala Federal Court; and General Transportation, in Tampa Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
