Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Downtown L.A. Motors, Johnson Controls, and Nogales Investors Fund, in Los Angeles Superior Court; IHOP, in Sacramento Superior Court; Pacer International Time Management, in Manhattan Federal Court; Design Station, in Chicago Federal Court; Deluca Inc., in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; Monarch Mulch, in Orlando Federal Court; and Panda Kitchen & Bath Expo Center, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
