Don Casting Southern Tools fired a black worker after he complained of KKK graffiti at his work station, the man claims in Opelika, Ala., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Bank of America, US Bank, and Fastaurants, in Los Angeles Superior Court; American Home Makeovers, in Orange County Court, Calif.; PGA Tour Superstore, in Sherman, Texas, Federal Court; Jim-Mar Marble & Granite, and Roadside Auto, in Central Islip Federal Court; J & L Cable TV Services, in Boston Federal Court; Malcomb S. Gerald & Associates, in Chicago Federal Court; Camin Cargo Control, in Newark Federal Court; and Cablenet Services Unlimited, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
