Reese & Nichols Realtors agent David Witt stripped and sexually molested a co-worker after asking her to accompany him to a house for sale, she claims in Jackson County Court, Independence, Mo.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Pitney Bowes, in an ERISA claim in Hartford Federal Court; Citadel Security Agency, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Aquatic Architects, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; Darden Corp., and Sky Plumbing, in Orlando Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
